HD Make Hair’s story began with a personal experience of our founder, Susan Dietz. In 2009, during a stay in the United States, a hair coloring mishap left her hair with a greenish tint. The solution came from two accessories: a fringe and a ponytail by Hairdo. That discovery showed Susan how simple it could be to change her look and feel good about her hair again.
Susan realized that this convenience could also become part of other women’s lives. She brought it to Brazil and opened the first HD Make Hair in Porto Alegre. Today, after 16 years in the market and with stores in Porto Alegre and São Paulo, we keep sharing the possibilities that won our founder over: choosing a hairstyle for every moment, experimenting with styles and making everyday routines easier.
